"Curtious and kind in the beginning, which lasted as long as the underwriting did. Soon after, I received a cancelation for their lack of expediance or return response for an unexplained additional amount applied to a policy that was paid in full on day one. To add insult to injury, they changed my agent without my consent pushing me to further question their ability or sincerity to customer service. I was happy to let sleeping dogs lay, that they chose to kick and in, so it reminded me of this solicited review that I am now updating to reflect their actions, rather than my opinion."
